It has been well over a year since I last posted anything here, so I thought it might be time. Since I didn't know what to draw I went over to Monday Artday to see if I might find some inspiration there and it turned out that last weeks challenge was horse and the challenge ends tomorrow. So I sat down and did a quick ink sketch of the first thing that came to my mind...

Transition

This weeks theme on Monday Artday is transition. This made me think of a frog and its transition from egg to tadpole

to metamorph

to fullgrown frog

Originally I was only planning on drawing the metamorph phase but it ended upp as the fullgrown frog above. Then i decided to do the fullgrown frog and the tadpole but the tadpole turned into the metamorph image. Of course, then I had to do the tadpole as well. Which means I actually drew these three images in backwards order.

Maybe I need to draw the egg as well to make the series complete.
